What if I am not happy with the service?
People Care Services aims to provide a high-quality service, please let us know if you have any concerns with the service. We value clients ‘feedback and ideas as you could suggest something that may assist others or solve a problem that we do not know about. Grievances and complaints are dealt with by those directly involved if it is appropriate and safe to do so.
The stakeholder can request the Managing Director (or Delegate) to assist them in presenting the complaint to the person involved. Where a complaint is not resolved in the first instance, the Managing Director will investigate the complaint and provide direction to the complainant in relation to resolution.
If a resolution is not achieved, or the complainant is not satisfied with the resolution, the complainant can appeal or seek an external appeal and/or external mediation.
